Sudden Light Brown/floating Stool? | Whipped Body Butters
Over the past month I had a pretty bad episode of GERD (If I wasn’t painfully bloated I was constantly burping, had the throat ‘lump’, excess mucous etc) but I began taking Omeprazole for a week or so and It’s gone away. Also, though, I’ve begun working out after 19 years of inactivity. With this comes a lot more eating. But since I got GERD, I had to stop eating things like Peanut Butter etc. I replaced this with drinking Whole Milk and Powdered Whey. I’m very skinny and trying to bulk up. So, the point here is that, two days ago I went to the bathroom and I noticed that my stools, which used to be dark brown and would sink, now float and are pretty light brown. I don’t know whether to call them yellow or not? They look almost like they have meat-fat in them. Some areas have blotches of a more rust color on them. This has happened the following two times I had a bowel movement as well.
