ASI Adds New Fuse Holder to Line for PV Applications
Mechanicsburg, Pa- Automation Systems Interconnect Inc is pleased to announce the release of a new fuse holder to their line for PV applications. The US101 fuse holder accepts 10x38mm midget fuses and has a voltage rating of 800AC/1000DC. Available in single pole versions. The fuse holders feature an easy to use lever that inserts and removes the fuse from the circuit. The Screw clamp box connections make the ASI fuse holders easy to install with minimum wire preparation and maximum security for the connection. Accepts rigid wires from 1 to 16 mm2, (18-6 AWG) or with multistrand wires from 0.75 to 10 mm2 (18-8AWG). ASI's fuse holder is UL recognized.

An 8 gauge could fit into those terminals if done right, but then it is also harder to fit 2 8g wires in a single terminal due to strand count from both combined. 2 10g wires bundled together is roughly the same size as an 8g, just slightly smaller bundled hence why it could fit. However, you could bundle 2 of the 8g into a spike and connect it that way, but no-one should do that due to having an unstable connection from rattles.
@MikkoMuhis you are right about 10 guage but the ciol leads are 12 on the spider so yes technically 8 is better but the 8 does not fit in the terminal when paralelled together in the terminal but ya if he ran an 8 guage from each terminal 4 wire total an bridged it at the amp like i said it would work fine but like i said runns just fine with 10 for this sub so not better but easier and not much of a difference other than it fits better in the terminals im using 10guage on mine 4 strands bro
funny first off nothing in common with audiopipe i had the same prob with my mojo 8 guage fail but running 2 strands of 10 i from each ciol str8 to my mclass amp so really instead of bridging on the back of the sub w 8 g im using 2 10s all the way to the amp them bridged down at the amp kudos and good my theory is on the fucking money keep up the good work nice 4k im using the 1100 just like it

Great vids as usual and keep them coming. Like nothing new I have a question for ya. Do you have to worry about impedance when wiring regular speak in your door or can you run wire to the car speaker amp and not worry about it. Let’s say I will be upgrading stock speakers and throwing an extra set in the door fir a total of six. Again thanks for everything everyones input welcomed.
